* Conducting business affairs with honesty. Our “Not to Exceed Pricing” structure takes the surprise out of your budget. Unlike builders who offer “allowances” to lower their first bid, our pricing structure takes the risk away from the customer and leaves it on the shoulder of the builder. This approach gives the buyer piece of mind in their financing without having to go back to the bank for more money.

* Protecting consumers through the use of quality materials and construction practices backed by integrity and service. We will also meet financial obligations in a responsible manor.

* Complying with the spirit and letter of business contracts, and managing employees, sub-contractors and suppliers with fairness and honor.

* Guaranteed Delivery. We will determine the day the modular home is to be scheduled for set-up and erection. If we do not deliver on time, we will give the buyer $100.00 for each day we are late. Thus providing the buyer with a true schedule and time frame for completion of their home. Material shortage or factory / labor strikes are not applicable toward this guarantee.

* Complying with the rules and regulations prescribed by law and government agencies for the health, safety and welfare of the community.

* Pricing Guarantee... Builder’s Network is confident that the pricing of your new home is competitive in every aspect of our final bid, we offer this guarantee... If you find the exact home, exact square footage, exact specifications and materials, including site work for less money from one of our competitors, we will deduct $5,000 off the purchase price of your new home.
